Morning sessions will include moments of constant flow (one-breath, one-movement) as well as slower moments where we hold postures until the benefits really kick in ✨ If inversions and arm balances are in your practice, there will be plenty of opportunities to play with these advanced postures. If not, simply follow up to the point that's comfortable for you. Depending on group composition, we may do some partner work and assisted inversions.
Evening sessions will be restorative - slow, gentle movements, relaxing stretches, assisted heart-openers, and passive inversions. Like a warm hug, in yoga-form.
At Revive, we want your retreat to be a holistic wellbeing experience – but we don’t want it to feel tough or depriving! You’ll enjoy three delicious and nourishing meals per day, and it’s entirely up to you whether you want to follow a vegetarian or vegan menu.
Because eating an anti-inflammatory and low-GI diet has been so transformative to my own health, those are the underlying principles behind our food. Our menus always include plenty of protein, whole foods, legumes, and fermented foods.
There is absolutely no added sugar, ever, and all our meals have balanced macros for steady energy release. Your metabolism will be blissfully regular and your blood glucose will be so stable, you’ll glide through the days without coffee or that dreaded post-lunch dip.
Although of course, coffee will be available should you wish to indulge.
Top-of-the-range yoga mats are provided (Manduka eKO natural rubber mats, for my yoga mat geeks out there 🫶). Their firm cushioning is divine and their grip is so excellent, you won't even need a yoga towel. But feel free to bring one if you like. Whatever floats your boat.
Do bring: your favourite yoga wear, a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, and a swimming cozzie. Days are balmy but nights can be chilly, especially under the stars - bring a cosy hoodie or sweater. Towels are provided.
If you'd like to join for the hike, bring a pair of trainers. You won't need boots or poles - it's more of a gentle countryside ramble.
Books, journals, and hobby items are highly encouraged.
Yes BUT... this is your moment to disconnect from the world of constant notifications, infinite scrolls, clickbait, and viral reels. We suggest you keep phone usage to a minimum during the retreat.
Of course! Most people come to a yoga retreat alone. The great thing about yoga retreats is, they attract other people just like you. Get ready to meet lots of lovely kindred spirits <3

The venue is set within 190 hectares of hazelnut groves and forest, all yours to explore! Of course, there's a pool if you prefer a more passive way to soak up the sun and the views. A charming Catalunyan mountain village called Tivissa is 5 minutes away by car, and a selection of Costa Brava's sparkling turquoise beaches are just 20 minutes drive. There's plenty of parking space if you choose to rent a car, or we can help arrange a taxi for you. If you're planning to head out adventuring all day, you can request a packed lunch.
In April and May, it's warm, bright, and sunny during the day with highs around 23-25 degrees. Do bring a sweater, as evenings can be chilly. Dips in the pool in these months are chilly and refreshing. If you fancy a trip to the beach, the sea temperature is around 16-19 degrees - great for therapeutic dips.
June is warmer still, but comfortable - not scorching. Highs are around 27 and lows around 18. A sweater for the evenings would still be wise. The sea temperature rises to around 24 degrees, comfortable for long, leisurely swims.
Not at all! This is your retreat. The itinerary is designed to provide a balanced, holistic experience incorporating different styles of yoga and pranayamas (breathing techniques) as well as social, creative, spritual, and nature-based activities. You are always welcome to join, but never obliged.
If you prefer to head out on your own adventures after breakfast and return only at dinner, let us know and we can arrange a packed lunch for you.
